Rydges Perth Kings Square was acquired off-market in July 2022. The freehold 120-key hotel is a great value-add opportunity in one of the country’s hottest economies. Rydges North Sydney, was acquired in June 2022. The freehold 167-key hotel is a one-of-a-kind value-add opportunity, sitting on over 2,500 sqm of freehold land, in one of the hottest commercial real estate markets in the country. The hotel commands an enviable location, just off Miller Street and right next to the recently opened Victoria Cross Metro Station. Compass Hotel Nagoya (formerly At Inn Hotel Nagoya) was acquired off-market in January 2022. The hotel opened in 2019 and is strategically located within walking distance from the main Nagoya train station. The property featured 112 contemporary rooms and 7 modern capsules, F&B facility and guest lounge. In 2024, we implemented value-add initiatives and the hotel now offers 130-keys, as well as a new lobby/lounge and reception area.

Kennigo Hotel Brisbane, formerly known as Richmont Hotel, was acquired off-market in June 2021 and was relaunched and reopened in August 2021. Drawing on the strong track record, we are excited to have appointed EVENT Hospitality & Entertainment to manage the property under their new Independent Collection brand. The stylish 108-key hotel is located in the vibrant Fortitude Valley district and offers an exercise room, café as well as a historic Queenslander house which will house a new and curated F&B concept.

The award winning Great Madras is a boutique hotel occupying a beautifully restored art deco building.
The property was purchased in 2015 and subsequently refurbished and reconfigured to enhance its overall product offering. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart Little India within close proximity to the Little India MRT Station.

Built in 1910 and purchased in 2012, the group significantly refurbished the property to enhance the product offering and ultimately the asset value. The Daulat was selected as the finalist in the best guestroom midscale/budget/focused category of the 2013 Gold Key Awards as a result of the strategic refurbishment post acquisition.

The Group recently acquired the MIDF Tower in Kuala Lumpur’s most vibrant district of Bukit Bintang.
